Male cutthroat veteran not activating voice lines when an ogryn compliment's him on his killing spree

Whenever cutthroat veteran get’s killing spree on a lot of enemies, ogryn allies will compliment cutthroat veteran on his killing spree, but cutthroat veteran says nothing back to any of the ogryns.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Kill enough enemies to get ogryn to compliment you on your killing spree. It doesn’t happen to my male loose cannon veteran or any of the other characters that I have. Just the cutthroat and only happens between ogryn-cutthroat killing spree banter.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

This might be related to other dialogue glitches I’m trying to collect data on before submitting.

Conversation and weird problems?

I’m not putting this in technical support or bug reports YET because I wanted to ask the community about their thoughts before I do. It seems like conversations are worse/buggy/non-functional, and they are a big part of the flavor of the game. My feeling is that conversations are less likely to start if the group isn’t close, or stop abruptly if they spread out. I was in an elevator and one started that was new to me, and the darn vet hit ‘voice of the emperor’ and it stopped the conversation…

My female Cadian does not say their “deploying breaching charge” lines in the Carnival missions for me, is that happening to any other female Cadians?

there is also a bug between male and female cadian compliments towards a killing spree not triggering
