Making crafting so restrictive does not make me want to keep playing

I don’t know who at fatshark development thought it was a good idea to have crafting be so restrictive/punishing for players, but it is not working to increase player retention. I WANT to keep playing, but the limited ability to get the weapons I want to play with is making me not want to. And after the update post today regarding the next ‘step’ of the crafting system being unlocked, it just continues to be an issue.

Why are you having perks be locked once we re-roll one? Why are we not allowed to reroll as much and as many as we want provided we have the materials? On top of that, why are we not allowed to just make the weapons we want? Why are so many systems reliant on RNG to get variance? It doesn’t work for player retention (at least for my psychology) and makes the game feel like more of a chore than an enjoyable experience. At LEAST let us have the ability to buy each type of weapon with ordo dockets at random rarities/power levels.

Please reconsider these arbitrary restrictions on crafting. If we have the materials, that should be the only barrier to what we’re allowed to craft/modify. Locking perks after modifying one doesn’t even make sense. I don’t know why this was pushed out like that.
