Lucky Bullet still goes off when out of ammo, works on the Kickback, Rumbler, and Ripper hipfire

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Take boomstick
  2. Point at heretic’s face
  3. Boom!
  4. How many shells did Ogryn carry? Ogryn forget.
  5. Gun shoot even more boolets if Ogryn thinks very hard about dakka.
