Lucky Bullet on Ogryn can enable infinite ammo spam

Issue Description (Required):

When you have Lucky Bullet equipped on Ogryn, and your weapon has 0 ammo remaining, you can spam the fire button to keep proccing Lucky Bullet and shoot infinitely.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Equip Lucky Bullet
  2. Get a weapon to 0 ammo
  3. Spam the fire button

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

To add, this isn’t a Psyk-only bug. This can be done ingame, and is currently being done ingame by some people.
