Make every shot count Completed on Ogryn

Issue Description:
As title states, I was playing Ogryn and finished a mission with zero ammo left and I must have hit every shot because on mission completion I achieved the the penance for the Veteran “Make Every Shot Count” which we all know is currently an impossible challenge for the Veteran with the way his kit works. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to be quick enough to capture a screen shot at the time but I have proof of the challenge being completed and my character wearing the cosmetic.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. played Orgyn
  2. completed steps for actual challenge
  3. got cosmetic

I also completed this as an ogryn about an hour ago using the Rumbler as my ranged weapon and a Bull Knife as melee. The Rumbler had perk Shattering Impact, the Bull Knife had perk Confident Strike. The map was Consignment Yard HL17-36 and I had a zealot and a veteran in my party
