The lucky bullet perk allow the two stubber and the ripper gun to fire when all the ammo is empty only around 10% of the time

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. pick ogryn with lucky bullet and one of the stubber or the ripper gun
  2. empty all your ammunition
  3. spam click and it should fire about 10% of the time
