Lucius lasgun doesn't want to fire on controller (xbox)

Issue Description:

I have been playing using my xbox controller and when I go to fire, the game doesn’t know if im wanting to shoot regularly or if im trying to shoot the charged up shot (because both firing modes are tied to the right trigger). This results in the gun just not firing. The only way i can get it to fire is by spamming the trigger, but even then, there are times where 3-5 trigger pulls don’t do anything.

I suspect this is happening because both firing modes are on the same button, and the game gets confused on which the user is wanting to use.

I suggest allowing controller players to manually adjust button layout.

Steps to Reproduce:

1: Be playing with a controller. (Im using an xbox controller.)

2: load any mission or meat grinder training arena. With the Lucius pattern lasgun equipped.

3: Fire the weapon, alternating between the regular shot and the charged alt shot every so often.

I cant do the rest because im writing this on my phone, but it is just a button layout interaction bug, and should be easily fixed.

I see this issue with controller as well, but it is when aiming down the sight. When firing from the hip it is more consistent. I see no issues with the mouse (which is also the same button for regular and charged), so not sure if button mapping issue.
I have found that I can start charging from the hip and then aim with the controller, and then have a few regular shots after while still aiming down the sight. After that though, it is pretty much no firing when aiming if using a controller with the Lucius lasgun.

I have this issue too, and noticed other weapons act funny while ADS on controller as well. Both autoguns seem to have absurd recoil when aiming
