Lost progress on a mission

Hi was in a recent darktide mission for dark communion, malice difficulty hi-intensity hunting grounds in a private game with a psyker friend called NotAHereticIPromise and Fugg, me as Ogryn. I completed about 3 penances inside the mission, this was his first, he had no exp from the mission or rewards, my progress for the penance also just was gone to the wind. any chance this progress can be restored? We both had an error at the end of the mission that said something related to communicating to the back-end, this was an approximately 30min mission.

Server Stuff, not sure how this can be re-created? just do a lot of penances in a private game? not sure. we did win tho.

Sorry to hear this. I understand how disappointing it is to lose out on rewards after having spent so much time in a Mission, only to error at the end. Regrettably. we aren’t able to manually compensate players for lost rewards due to limitations in our backend.

I will discuss with the team how we can prevent situations like this occurring. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Is there no way i can just be rewarded one penance : gone bowling? This one is really out of the way to do and requesting my friend to help me for potentially another crash is well… Its a big ask to do a unfun thing for potentially no reward…its the last penance for my ogryn to get the rest of For the Emperor
