Completed chaos expedition got all rewards except the ‘Longbow of Bitter Dreams’ skin. Verified and completed another chaos run but still have not unlocked the skin. Friend who was in lobby at that time also didn’t get it and still doesn’t have it.

2. ???
3. Everything but the skin is rewarded
