Did not recieve the reward item from the Chaos wastes weekly expedition

I just completed the weekly expedition this week on veteran difficulty, however i have not received the spear of bitter dreams in my inventory.
I was the host and ran the expedition solo
I have not smelted this down as shown in the screenshot of my salvage menu

This is an illusion, not a spear itself. You can apply it using « apply illusion »
