Lobbies with an active Deed show as joinable in Lobby Browser even though they can't be joined

Issue Description (Required):

The Lobby browser shows lobbies with an active Deed as joinable, but every join will fail, saying the lobby has an active Deed. These lobbies aren’t indicated in any way, either, so you just have to remember which games are Deeded and not try to join them again.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Open Lobby browser
  2. Try to join a normal-looking lobby
  3. The game throws a message saying joining is impossible because the lobby has an active Deed.

its not the deed that does this, usually on the game type on the right it would say “active deed” or something similar

this particular thing comes from a bug that allows people to select a custom map while an active deed is voted on, causing the game to merge them.
people use it to “upgrade” deeds to play higher difficulties of deeds like cata or avoid maps
