I try to play game, switch loadout, but game locked me into one build and I cannot diversify

No. I have three loadouts made: A scout rifle, a Helbore Lasgun, and a Boltgun. All three have a chain sword, but lasgun has different cosmetics.
I tried deleting the two other loadouts, but the problem persisted.
I DID find something interesting… The Death Korps of Krieg outfit is Paid DLC. The jacket stays on, but the helmet, I was able to take off.
Even with one loadout with the helbore rifle, I am stuck with using the boltgun.
