Unable to change weapons. 100% stuck using the weapons I equipped previously

I have discovered a bug where my Veteran is stuck using the two weapons that he has equipped days prior.
No matter what weapons I have equip, I always enter each map with the Plasma Gun and Power Sword.
Even from within the Psykhanium, I can “successfully” change weapons from the Loadout screen, but when I exit the Loadout screen, I remain stuck using the Plasma Gun and Power Sword.
Logging out and back in does not resolve the issue.
Disabling my 1 mod does not resolve the issue either.

Any ideas?

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Equip Plasma Gun on my Veteran
Try to equip different weapons
Stuck with the Power Sword and Plasma gun
Try to equip a different ranged weapon.
Remain stuck with the Power Sword and Plasma Gun.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Day 2.

The game continues to force me to use the Power Sword and Plasma Gun.
I’m still unable to change the Loadout on my Veteran.

EDIT: I’ve now learned that this also impacts all cosmetics as well.
I cannot change the cosmetics, it always reverts back.

Julia at Fatshark was able to find the solution.

Apparently this issue occurs if you have two matching curios equipped.
Swap out one of the identical curios for another non-matching curio, and the issue will be resolved immediately.
