What is the point of being able to inspect the rest of your team in the lobby if half the time I’m loaded straight into a mission, bypassing any inspection and loadout adjustment.
World of Warcraft does this very cleanly in showing you basic information about the match you’re being offered to load into. I’m confident you can do that here, offering a rudimentary player inspection and rough mission progress percentage, before my time is pointlessly wasted on the loading screen for getting dumped into a mission with a dud team without going through the lobby first and then again on the way out loading back into the hub.
Faster to alt-f4 out of the loading animation and start the game up again than it is to go into missions blind and potentially being exploited by unscrupulous players who should be queueing for content several difficulties below.
