Like barkskin, enemy damage dimishing by targeting number is not applied on higer weave

Damage hidden buff on enemy is broken to DR.

Career’s Damage reduction talents are working.

  1. But barkskin is not working at all.

  2. Also, Damage decreasing by targeting number is not working too.
