Lighting/shadow artifacting on AMD GPU

In many lit spots across the game I see blocks of shadows like in attached video. Tried all sorts of settings, nothing stops this from happening. Don’t know how common it is on other GPUs and/or driver versions.
The particular spot in the video is right before the elevator leading to Zola in tutorial/prologue level.

PC specs: Ryzen 2600, RX 580 (driver version 24.7.1), 16GB RAM, ADATA m.2 SSD
Settings: mid texture&lights, and skin scattering on, low/off everything else. Tried with everything high/on - still reproduced 100% in the example spot.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Create a new character, without skipping prologue sequence.
  2. Progress until big room with small horde of poxwalkers, right before elevator leading to Zola.
  3. Clear the room and find the lit up closed door to the left of objective marker.
  4. Look at it from different angles.
