Hello guys, I need your help, I have a problem with my game, it’s running perfectly fine at ultra quality but I have a problem with the “lightning quality” settings, when it’s on a setting different than “low” I get weird artifacts like little square around zones that are lightened, it’s really annoying and make the game ugly
I play on Steam and my config is an i5 13600K an amd 6900XT.

This issue does not occur with baked lighting/shadows
Thank you for your report, could you tell me what CPU & GPU your PC has?
I believe I have the same issue:
RX 580 and AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6-core. I first noticed this when using the flashlight on my lasgun and have been unable to un-see it since.
I have a Ryzen 7 3700x and a RX 6600 Xt
I get the same thing. Was surprised to see it was something not many are struggling with. It’s quite distracting. Was worse during the CBT for me, but still not looking good. Seems to be our hardware is all relatively similar, (AM4 CPU?). Hopefully a fix can be found!
Ryzen 7 2700
RX 580
Yeah all of us have amd GPUs and CPUs
Same problem
Ryzen 5 3600
rx5700xt
After some more testing, it seems that turning the lighting setting to “Low” removes the distortion, but my guess would be that this is because it also removes all shadows.
Some more screenshots to illustrate:
Lighting set to “Extreme”
Lighting set to “Low”
same pb with a amd system :
gpu: 6900xt
cpu: 5600x.
have to put lighting on low
Similar issue, AMD too
GPU: 6800XT
CPU: 3700X
