LEGEND ONLY - Unable to block or deal any damage to any entity (currently only seen as FK Kruber, not fixed by leaving and rejoining, but not consistently happening in every quick play game joined)

Issue Summary: Legend difficulty Quick Play FK Kruber, with the Halberd (Battlebond illusion, other properties/traits have been changed in between game launches and quick play attempts to no effect), Blunderbuss (properties, traits and illusions have been changed in between game launches and quick play attempts to no effect).
Attacks deal NO damage, No stagger, unknown cleave, and produce NO hitmarkers, including on non-hostile entities such as pigs and destructible doors.
Character takes full damage, even when blocking.
Stamina does not go down whilst being attacked, aggro seems the same as in non-bugged games.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. (may not be a factor) Play as FK Kruber
2. Join a Legend difficulty Quick Play server (Again, may happen upon hosting your own game, but is not active BEFORE the ‘Play’ button has been clicked on legend difficulty quick play, also may not only effect quick play, but also deeds and custom games, it’s hard to test because I’m often kicked immediately if the bug happens to me)
