Lacerate weapon with Haymaker unintended mechanic(?)

Issue Description:
Weapons that are able to bleed have an overpowered interaction.

Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]

  1. Have a Combat Dagger with Lacerate blessing and Haymaker
  2. Shove causes AoE bleed and each bleed tick has a chance to one shot human sized enemies (Including ogryn npcs)
  3. AoE grenades also (Preacher and Veteran) applies bleed when the weapon is out, causing enemies to bleed and each tick, also, having a chance to insta-kill human sized enemies
