Haymaker triggering from bleed killing enemies too fast

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Ogryn and equip a weapon with the Haymaker Blessing
  2. Put on the Blood & Thunder Feat
  3. Use heavy attacks
  4. Bleed triggers Haymaker instantly killing enemies
