Issue Description:
When a target is killed instantly via the effect of the ‘Haymaker’ blessing, none of these expected event occur:
- the kill does not show on the killfeed
- the hitmarker is one of a strike (white) and not a killing strike (red)
- no toughness is gained
Steps to Reproduce:
- Grab a weapon with ‘Haymaker’ blessing
- Chain heavy attacks until something dies, ideally an elite target
- Notice your kill does not appear in the killfeed, that the hitmarker does not indicate you killed your target even though it lays dead at your feet and cry as you just got robbed of some hard-earned toughness.
