Kruber can get useless missions in Weaves

Issue Description (Required):

Grail Knight Kruber can receive missions to find Tomes and Grimoires in Weaves, even though no such items exist. I think that, since there are replacements for these kinds of missions in Versus, we could port those over.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Pick Grail Knight, enter a weave. You may get a useless quest.

Constant (100%)
