I’m seeing people with the second unlocked helmet now meanwhile we are all refreshing this page every couple days like lemons with our bald heads and terrible haircuts.

However eventho I never got the On Point unlocked due to the bug and haven’t unlocked the helmet.
I can still somehow buy the alternate colored versions from the store.
Something people say one only can if they’ve unlocked the penance.
So my game both do and don’t acknowledge that I have done it.
Still can’t unlocked the other helmets due to On Point not being officially unlocked.
Hopefully FS can find a way to help us who’s stuck with these bugged Penances.
Like perhaps a way for the game to force unlock any penance that you’ve advanced past.

Ah yeah that is cool at least but I really like the look of the red cloth mask one from penance unlock 2.
Might have to just drop all my gold on that camo blue helmet and go for that drip but tbh with you if this isn’t fixed by late 29th and there’s still no word on it I might get a refund and just come back in a few months or something cause I still crash fairly frequently too as do my friends.

Yeah, I too would really like to have the T2 helmet as well.
I’ll hope that they can manage to find a fix, or at least be their way of finding one so you don’t have to refund and wait.
But I understand you as well, as I too feel quite frustrated seeing how I am a sucker for cosmetics and making a character look the way I’d like.
It pains me every time I see someone with the T2 helmet.
Heck, even the knowledge that others even can get it hurts.

I got the bug the other day when the server crashed while completing the last mission required. Completed the missions once again and I still have not gotten the penance done even though I do have the achievement.

after doing it 6x again succesfully and not getting it on 3 elites it dawned on me that the first time i got GOING OUT WITH A BANG penance it was offing my self vs 3 zerkers so i tried it against 3 maulers and it worked so it only works on elites of the same type unless its bugged at least for me it was. Again i honestly shouldnt have to do it twice when i got it the first time if it was on my damn steam achievements FFS 
I wanted to add another penance NOT WORKING as intended is WARP BATTERY it doesnt work on Malice even though it says malice or higher. Only works on heresy difficulty tried about 3x on malice with 0 sucess then did it on logistratum heresy difficulty just pulling random units into my tunnel of BB death for 5 minutes 
Anyway most of my issues got fixed fatshark i aint mad just frustrated I hope you guys fix most of these penances and re balance them

My progression towards psyker hood II is locked by the warp battery penance lockout, It’s frustating to be locked out from progress and not having my juicy psyk hoods. Please any official answer on this thread that you are looking into it?
Issue Description:
“Time to Die (2)” penance not counting as completed even though the Steam achievement is shown as being completed. I’ve tested it with both the Beast of Nurgle and Plague Ogryn, neither counted in-game.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Kill Plague Ogryn or Beast of Nurgle as Ogryn Skullbreaker in less than 20 seconds
- Receive Steam achievement for defeating monstrosity in 20 seconds or less
- Check Penances > Offensive > Time to Die (2) and see that penance is not completed

Issue Description:
When the mission came up to do the repair I did it. it was the last mission to do the penance Inquisitorial Recruit and Vintage point that needed to do all 7 mission once. At the end of that last mission I got the penance and the prompt that a got it and unlock the helmet. after the mission I was stuck in the loading screen and nothing was working and got an error from the game. I try to reconnect several time but the game didn’t launch. When I finally got in the game the penance was not completed but had 7/7 completion. I tried to replay every 7 mission but it didn’t change anything.

So, I am starting to think there are some bugs with a few penances. I am aware people have completed the kill 5 enemies with weak spots during 1 volley, but I cant seem to get it. Today on a heresy mission (The re-added disruption map) I killed upwards of 8 enemies inside a volley, twice using exclusively headshots since they were clumped in hallways. I’ve done this multiple times now, and hear the headshot ping sound effect, and im seeing hit-markers, but progress is halted at 3/5
Even tried reloading Chasm Terminus (with the boss) a few times, go in solo and do the challenge at the beginning of the map, easily getting 5 headshot kills on highlighted gunners, no progress still says 3/5
