It may be a coincidence, but I praise the Machine God, Omnissiah and Motive Force while returning to character selection screen after every mission and my quests been scoring since!
(perhaps my previous observation about restarting game after every match had some substance after all)

Got disconnected right at the end of the mission as I was entering the ship to evacuate. Despite getting the pop-up that said I fulfilled my 750 melee dreg kills, I did not get credit upon logging back into the game. I got no credit for the mission (also needed to do X missions without anyone being killed which no one was killed in this mission)

This instance with dropping at this exact moment happened only once. Getting disconnected is pretty regular still, though.
Edit: This has now happened twice in 3 missions. For the second, I seem to have gotten experience, but my friend in squad did not and got reset to the beginning of his level. The second time, rather than getting disconnected we got āMission Aborted due to Unknown Errorā right at the end of the mission.

Issue Description:
I stacked 50% chance to receive Curio as mission reward instead of a weapon, but after 21 runs I am convinced that I am bugged and can no longer receive mission rewards. I brought it back down to 0% as well and still do not get mission rewards.

Issue Description:
End of mission things freeze for a bit on the mission reward where it says press space to continue as the team stands in their finishing poses. After a minute or so load back into the hub but no rewards were gained and penances completed during the mission were not tracked.
Ended up completing Shocking Stuff which was awarded as a Steam achievement but did not count in game and duckets and such were evidently not awarded. Didnāt keep specific track but balance after the mission was just over 5k which couldnāt really be the case with a Malice mission completion.
Friend playing with me experienced the same and I would then suspect it was the entire group effected and not just any one particular client.

Issue where occasionally mission end screens will freeze and disconnect not giving the players the rewards or Exp for completing it.
Especially frustrating if a high amount of resources were found or the mission was a high difficulty.
Issue Description:
Accessories not appearing in Accessory area at all, nor are any of the additions I saw when I logged in the first time post launch. Some of them looked like Barber stuff? I just know I am missing multiple accessories including the Level 30 accessory for Zealot. Console logs included will be from the 30th to today.

I just got this error again. Like the last time it happened, the mission summary screen shows all 4 characters from the team, but only your character shows a username, the rest are listed as N/A. After a while of nothing happening the error screen Mission Aborted is shown and after another long wait, you are returned to the space rig.
PS) You really should find a way for us to upload log files, without sharing them with every other person on the forums. The file contains a lot of information about your computer and your Windows username.

My problem is.
I did one of Sire Melk Mission, the one to kill 500 enemies from range.
got a notification on my screen
Mission crash, joined another game, did again.

Finished the mission to get 5 grimories, all those pop up in my screen telling me they are done.
Extratected succefully.
When to Sire Melk, still no mission complete, and no progression in any mission, like doing 15 mission, even after doing more 3 missions it is still stuck at 7!
Got tired of this game, losing 8 hours (15 missions) of progress is something really hard for me with a family.
Requesting to complete all my Sire Melk mission with the extra 1.000 bonus for completing them all, I played a lot to finished them!
PS: I am still leveling up, it is just the SIre Melk that is not couting.

Issue Description: Sir Melk is not reflecting progress on several objectives:
- Kill 750 Dregs with Ranged (missions have reflected at least twice that this task is complete, but not Sir Melk)
- Complete 3 missions with no player deaths (have completed quite a few, but not to Sir Melkās satisfaction)
- Kill 1000 Scab with Melee (currently 4 out of 1000, even after counting at least 10 I had in the last mission)
Sir Melk also refuses to allow me to swap out tasks. I did twice, but now at the cost of 7,500 I can hit Accept, but nothing happens, currency is not removed, but task is not swapped out.

Issue Description:
When the mission was successfully finished, where there was supposed to be a pop-up counting EXP and gold, nothing happened, the game just stuck.
After about 1-2 minutes, I was back at the hub, I checked character info, no experience change. I supposed the same happened to gold.
oh btw after this I restarted the game and tried login with the same character but kept getting āERROR CODE: 9999ā
Until I switched to another character, everything went back to normal.
