Issue Description:
I might be missing my preorder bonus.

I played the closed beta and then got the imperial edition through buying a graphics card. I was unable to play until the 29th when the servers were down so that might be why I don’t have any preorder bonuses. If getting the game through a graphics card deal is why I don’t get any preorder bonus that’s fine, but please let me know.

I also received the Imperial Edition from a Nvidia card purchase. I have been playing the beta day one and now on launch I have not received the Pre-order bonus, the beta rewards and the Devoted Rejects pack.

Issue Description:
I have an odd one. My pre-order bonuses and Imperial Edition cosmetics are all just fine … but the Prisoner Attire on one of my characters has mysteriously disappeared. The shirt, specifically.

I didn’t exactly have my heart set on wearing it again, now that I have more snazzy attire, but I was still taken aback because cosmetics you already have shouldn’t just disappear – since there’s no way to earn them back again.
