Issue Description:
I am missing my preorder bonuses & other cosmetics, on all operatives. For example my Psyker is missing the prisoner upper body cosmetic, I have the lower body part.
I was missing the upper body prisoner cosmetic in the beta as well after equipped another upper body cosmetic.

All my operatives are missing the Company Beta cosmetic. I’m not sure what else I’m missing because a lot of things popped up when entering the game for the first time & I did not pay that much attention

I clearly have Imperial Edition on my Steam Account Library yet i can PURCHASE it again in Steam shop.

I just checked all my four characters and there are no headgear gifts (the Recon Company Beta Helm). From cosmetic options I only saw my old helmets. Do I need to claim them somewhere or this is some technical problems?

Same for me. Buying imperial edition before soundtrack apperance on Steam store page results in not having the soudtrack added to account at all (despite it being listed as a part of imperial edition even back then iirc). People that bought imperial edition after soundtrack was added to steam store page recieved it. Im no expert but FS should cooperate with steam to track who has bought Imperial Edition before soundtrack was released and add it to their accounts.

Hi, I bought the game and mistakenly shared it to another Steam account of mine and I decided to keep playing throughout the beta. Now I login my game and I noticed that I have no pre-order gifts (helmets) nor pre-order bonus (other few cosmetic items). What can I do?

This worked for my missing soundtrack, but I’m still missing my beta cosmetics and pre-order bonuses.

indeed, this partially fixes the soundtrack problem, as the soundtrack is still not visible among the DLC you own, but after selecting it in the store it is in the library, the question is whether this will not entail further problems…

I can’t seem to get the sound track. I have looked in the soundtrack section of my Library and searched for “Darktide” but onl y the base game appears. I have all my other pre-order bonuses.

I’ve received the beta items now and the pre-order frame

Same here for me, got the Imperial edition through Nvidia offer for GPUs. Haven’t received the beta cosmetics, frame, charm, nor helmets. I’ve received the Imperial edition items only.
