this is the same problem i am facing right now as reported by others. i click on claim reward and it keeps looping till i have to restart game. tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but that didn’t help much.

Issue Description:
When I click on the Claim Gift button, I got the loading spinning arrows. The spinning arrows disappear few seconds later and then appear again. It seemed the game stuck in the infinite loading loop like this forever. Only Alt+F4 works to get out of the menu / game.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Load into the Taal’s Horn Keep as any character
- Access Lohner’s shop by talking to him / or using the shortcut button
- Click on Claim Gift
- Get stuck, must close game and relog

Can confirm that I am currently experiencing this bug as well; after finishing the last remaining day on the usual daily rewards track yesterday, I am no longer able to obtain any Daily Rewards. I am currently stuck in an infinite load loop whenever I try to access today’s Daily Rewards.

Experiencing exactly the same problem with game. My dailies refreshes around 8PM every day so I logged in and tried to claim it then I started to have this issue. Please investigate.

Worked for me up until today. Yesterday I claimed the last day’s “delayed” reward after the chain continued after the Christmas Rewards. No I also get the spinny arrows with short flashes in regular intervals.

We’re aware of and investigating an issue causing the Daily Reward to sometimes be unable to claim and endlessly load.
We’ve identified that the issue occurs when the calendar changes from Day 8 back to Day 1, and we believe that only the Day 1 reward should be affected.
Please skip Day 1 (wait 24 hours) for now whilst we iron this out.

Logged onto vermintide two yesterday and today
I am on a windows 7 machine
Logged on as Saltz
Click daily rewards - which had the shield icon to show a reward was available to claim
It just spins (2 semicircular arrows - changing background image)
Unable to exit that screen. Have to use task manager to kill vermintide two
