I was only crashing on launch if I tried to launch with mods running.
Yup. Was working fine until I activated my mod file, now crashing every time I try to load the game. ANyone know how I can revert the mod bat file run until they fix this?
Just have to replace the binary file. It is on the discord pinned in Using Mods channel
Run the bat file again and it will give you a prompt to unpatch the mod loader

Crashed during mission start cutscene
I keep getting error 4008 after selecting my operative. I’ve tried turning my router on and off, same with my computer. I’ve checked file integrity as well, even reinstalled the game too. Nothing has worked so far, I still get error 4008. Do you have any ideas as to how I can solve this issue pls?
btw I’m not using any mod whatsoever.
Crashing constantly during missions. This is the only game I crash on, and have since launch consistently.
Really want to play this game everyday, but I feel too shitty disconnecting all the time and letting my teams down that way. I think it’s something to do with the game as I don’t crash on any other. Hunt: Showdown, Tarkov, Witcher 3, Arma 3, Squad, Hell Let Loose, none of them give me this issue.

are you in france? if yes, is Free your ISP? because i have the same issue and i saw a lot of people in the same case for the last 24 hours. I don’t know how to fix this but i hope fatshark are aware of the problem

i am not able to join the server, when i tried to log by selecting an agent, i have an error code 4008. I’m in france, my ISP is Free. I don’t have any VPN, any mods, i tried to restart my pc, reinstalled the game, restart my router, i checked file etc. Nothing worked. I Have seen a guy talking about changing his DNS but i don’t what it is or how to do that but if it can help someone, apparently it did fix the problem. Personnaly i would like a fix from fatshark so i’m gonna wait.

Changing DNS fixed the issue for me
Might be speaking too soon, but the hotfix seemed to have fixed my crashing. Knock on wood.
Hotfix that released today did NOT fix my issue.
Nevermind. Crashed while saying “GLORY BE, A MED STA–.”

I had some tech support people help me and found my issue to be bad ram and not GPU related.
