Sorry to hear this @SunHyiVChai

Our engine and backend developers have reviewed these crashes and some unusual things are going on when fetching backend data. The cause isn’t clear though.

Are you using a VPN? If so, please try disabling this

Are you using any mods? If so, also please disable these

One other suggestion from a developer I’ve spoken with, is to try deleting http_cache.db in case data here is corrupt somehow. To do so:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to: AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
  4. Delete http_cache.db
  5. Restart Darktide as normal

I don’t use VPN. Deleting http_cache.db file didn’t help. What else can I do?

Hm okay, admittedly this is a bit of a head scratcher. For comparison, could you please provide a fresh crash report or console log from a session you encounter an issue?

Thanks in advance!
