I’ll mark this as resolved due to the comments above in combination with a notable decrease in reports since 576.80, and especially 576.88!
From here on out, if your post is moved in to this one, it’s likely because you’re running one of the problematic drivers listed - 576.40, 576.52, 576.66. Updating to 576.88 is recommended.
