KNOWN ISSUE: Backend Error - Service Provider Disruption

We are aware that many players are currenty experiencing persistent Backend Error occurrences.

Our Backend Service Provider first encountered some technical issues yesterday evening, and service has sadly remained unstable.

Please rest assured that we are on the case, and we have reached out to our Backend Service Provider to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Downloaded the new patch on PS4 2 days ago.

We started playing and noticed the game had some serious hit detection issues, but pushed on through.

Yesterday we got a few disconnections with differing error messages.

Today, the game is virtually unplayable, we’re getting various error messages including Broken Connection, Cannot connect to server, cannot create PSN lobby, lost connection to host, you have been removed for inactivity and a few other I’ve forgotten.

The game will allow us to connect for maybe 5 mins at most before we all get hit with these various errors. We’ve reset out routers/internet etc but nothing we do has made a difference :confused:

Sorry about this @Dark_Overlord, this is very likely due to current technical issues with our Backend Service Provider.

Oh, good to know this is being worked on. On PC, Steam, got the same issue. I can’t play Adventure mode for more than 5 minutes without a Backend Error.

Services should now have returned to usual.

We have also released Hotfix 5.3.3, which addresses several common crashes - so stability should be improved across the board now hopefully! :crossed_fingers:
