Issue Description:
When going into the regular shop (not the bounty shop) only 2 items are available for purchase. This occured on my initial login, was resolved after the first item reset, and then after the second item reset occured again.

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to shop? Open shop? I started as a level 19 zealot, there was an issue, I played a bit and hit level 20 zealot, there was another issue.

I have the same issue but only on my level 30 veteran and not my lower level characters. It started with the patch as far as I can tell

Just finished a contract, and checked armory exchange. Nothing there. I asked in public chat if anyone else was experiencing the issue. Multiple others confirmed the same issue.
