As per the previous posters, please set your system clock to be correct. The issue appears to be due to your system clock being incorrect
This also fixed the problem for me.

In the weapons list, the icons of each weapon is either invisible, or flickers. You can’t scroll down the list, or if you do it’ll shoot you back up to the top of the list, as well as not being able to buy any weapons despite having the money to do so. The option to buy it is greyed out.
No Crashes from this, just stuck with the starter weapons

If you see “0 seconds” in shop screen. Then try to synchronise your time in Windows settings and check time zone. It helps to my friend.

I am running a 3090 and when I go to the black market the menu just flickers and never fully loads. scrolling doesn’t work as it snaps back to the top of the list. Lastly the “acquire” button never works either so effecitvely I can not use the Black Market at all

I having the same issue as well. My game actually crashes as well if I click on “acquire” and try to back out. I’m not sure what the fix is for this. Someone said check your time, but I’m not sure what they meant by that.
Hopefully they’ll put out a fix for this soon

Issue Description:
Could be something with my rig, it happened after I upgraded my motherboard but now the armoury is constantly scrolling up. I can select and compare items but can’t scroll down and can’t buy items. My scroll wheel is not stuck and that is the only place I see this behaviour.
Steps to Reproduce:
No idea. Logged on, problem was there. I’ve tried restarting computer, messing with the mouse, changing graphics and monitor settings, etc.

I see it’s a known issue but it’s posted in tech support forum not as a known bug here.
Having the same issue here. Updated GeForce Drivers for my 2070 Super. Tried in Windowed, Borderless Fullscreen, Fullscreen. VSync On, VSync Off. Unable to purchase anything from the Armory and stuck with the Trust Level 1 starting gear.
Following the guidance on the Tech Support thread of toggling my ‘Set time automatically’ seems to have fixed things for some reason…
For the last few hours my black market has been completely empty. When I first realized a problem there were only 2 curios in there to purchase, now there is absolutely nothing displayed in the menu. And there is no refresh timer. Has been like this since ~9:30pm EST 11/19/2022. Only occurs on my Veteran Sharpshooter character, when creating a new character I can access the black market as normal.
I do not see any flickering or or “constant refreshing” like I’ve seen mentioned in other threads. My menu is simply empty. Please help, I’d like to try out other weapons and such.
P.S. I’m also just now realizing I haven’t received any post-mission gifts since this issue started either.

Whenever I try to purchase something from the armory no weapons or curios appear. The green box is just blank and never loads. I believe I had just completed the assassination mission, upon returning to the mourning star I first looked at sire Melks requisitorium and could access all the menus including the limited time acquisitions. The weapons loaded in and could be purchased. (If I had the credits)

Got something slightly i load in to the armoury screen, rather then getting a dozen items like you should i only get 2 items that i don’t have access too.
quitted then re-logged. in still the same.

Logged in today (19/11/22 @2pm UTC) and there are no items in my shop, no refresh timer. Have relogged several times after refreshes and still nothing.
