Knife no longer do the reverse grip for blocking while heavy charging after Unlocked and Loaded

Minor stuffs, but after the update, the Combat Blade animation got changed a bit, and quickly blocking immediately after starting heavy attack animation no longer make the character block with reverse grip anymore, while before the update this was how it worked, effectively allowing you to twirl the blade around. Could you change it back? I really enjoyed fidgeting with it while I’m moving/having downtime.
