It happens very often that kills with shotgun type weapons don’t produce killfeed notifications. The elite kill sounds triggers but no text in the corner. Typically happens at long ranges.

Just wanted to add some experience to back this up. Was running kickback for memes on my Ogryn last night and I swear around 1 in 3 of my kills with it weren’t registering in the kill feed.
I’ve definitely seen the kill feed not register kills in other instances too, it generally feels like it’s been much worse since one of the past few patches. Was definitely happening staggeringly more often in my kickback run though.
