Kerillian glaive cosmetic not showing up after purchase

the deepwood claw cosmetic is not showing up in my inventory after purchase. i imagine theres also supposed to be a versus skin for glaive which is not showing up either. its just like, 500 shillings, so im not mad abt it but its pretty annoying ngl. i do kind of just refuse to take 6 more screenshots to show that the cosmetics isnt any of the available skins in my bar (its not, take my word for it pls lmao) so hopefully showing it bought and saying its not showing up is enough. ill take 6 more screenshots if someone wants to be werid abt it, tho.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

literally open your inventory on kerillian and check glaive skins. deepwood claw isnt in there.
