Keeping Protocol not stacking properly since last hotfix

Title.

Kill elites and specialist, rarely gives stacks. Most of the time give none.

With Lone wolf talent, I was only able to have 8 stacks instead of 30+ at the end of an auric HISGT game.

Same here - The icon doesn’t even show up (Auric Maelstrom runs).
