Issue Description (Required):

Keeping protocol is currently bugged as of hotfix 1.8.3 and it will only register kills made by the cyber mastiff towards stacking the talent in game.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Kill marked enemies and observe no progress towards the talent

Order the Mastiff to pounce enemies and observe progress towards the talent when the Mastiff scores the killing blow

No, I don’t use mods

Also verified kills from Razor-Jaw augment do not count towards building stacks, as expected but just had to test it to be 100% certain.

Same here, also happens with lone wolf keystone, seems to be selective on when to add the stack

Justice Dispensed is also having this issue.
