Keeping protocol refuses to proc for me even after killing 15 marked enemies. Using castigators stance no dog shock mines. I literally killed tons of marked enemies and it rarely ever procs its definitely bugged.

I can almost guarantee you that it is working, it just doesn’t show the buff on the ui. Which is a known issue with stacking buffs
