Just Reward has no cooldown buff

Issue Description (Required):

Bounty Hunter’s level 30 talent Just Reward has no visual indicator for its cooldown. This makes it very hard to keep track if it if you are using Blessed Combat or Cruel Fortune, as they make the 10-second crit cooldown desync from JR’s cooldown.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Just play the game. There is no visual indicator for when JR is cooling down.

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

Constant (100%)
