Jittery and other modifiers to dodge_cooldown_reset_modifier do not apply after a dodge-slide.

- Spec Jittery on Hive Scum
- Observe the improved dodge recovery speed on normal dodges
- Compare to the normal dodge recovery speed on dodge-slides
