Jittery does not impact dodge-slide recovery time

Jittery and other modifiers to dodge_cooldown_reset_modifier do not apply after a dodge-slide.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Spec Jittery on Hive Scum
  2. Observe the improved dodge recovery speed on normal dodges
  3. Compare to the normal dodge recovery speed on dodge-slides
