Is it still possible for me to refund the kreig skin bundle and the kreig officer gasmask/helmet?

Didnt know that we had the ability to refund in game cosmetics until now and was also hoping that some changes would have come to the skin regarding what the community have said about it.

I bought them back sometime in october and i dont know how recent the purchase needs to be for this to be accepted.
If its not acceptable then could you tell me how long the timeframe are?

If it is acceptable then could you just send back the aquilas to my ingame account so i can buy something else with them.

I would need the purchase to be made within the past 30 days, unfortunately.

I can see the purchase was made on the 5th of October.
