I am unhappy with my purchase of the commissar bundle, I purchased it mostly for the hat and i am disappointed how the body and legs look.
I can go into more detail if you would like but i was wondering if i could just refund the entire bundle.

Nope. It’s bought using in game currency, there is no way to refund that… not through steam at least
I know it is bought with Aquilla, I am asking for a refund of Aquilla.

You can’t get cash back. You can get Aquilas back. I requested a refund similarly for the Krieg Veteran cosmetic. Sent in a support ticket explaining the massive issues with the monstrously oversized chest unit clipping entirely through arms and weapons, the coat intentionally being designed oversized (unlike the coats on the other Krieg cosmetics), the webbing being both incorrect and poorly modeled, and the general inconsistent visuals. FS returned the Aquilas in that case, they already have your cash at that point, not a huge issue for them to address.
Could you make sure all the items are unequipped?
