Inventory locked

cannot change my characters equipment whatsoever, restarting game does not help, only my ogryn character cannot change items

What I want to equip

well every time i load in game or talk to hadron, its the twin linked heavy stubber. This is just an example though, I cant change any weapon or item, even cosmetics.

After a few times playing with it, i have figured out that the issue is caused when you manage to equip the same curio in multiple slots. You can see it with the first picture. i have no idea how i managed to do it.
