I Looked at respawn points after the fact and the path up to this area was on the opposite side so the progress mesh isn’t showing here but there were 5 respawn points between where we were and where they respawned that it didn’t spawn them at.
Yup, I had a very similar issue last time I played this map. Elf died at the same spot, but respawned at the big door all the way at the top of the bridge, just before the boss, so a bit further than your spot.
