Intel Arc A770, Crashing in lobby when moving ( edited )

Unfortunately, due to an internal lack of resource, we may be waiting longer than I had initially expected for a solution.

I understand this is disappointing, and I’m happy to assist any Intel Arc users with a refund for Darktide, should you rather take that option.

Unfortunately I soaked in already 400 hours into the game. Even though god I would love to get my money back.

Happy to say we have identified the issue and it will be included in patch 1.1.20. I’m reluctant to provide an ETA as release dates can change very rapidly in this line of work, but I would predict this to be in approximately 4 weeks time.

Cant you guys like put older build ( 1 older ) on experimental branch for us so we can play tthe game?

latest hotfix doesnt fix the issue.

It was not included in 1.1.12, but will be in 1.1.20.

Unfortunately no, due to compatibility issues with the current release.

i have the same thing happening in both the lobby and matches where it just crashes

Alright, just I’m sure this kind of fix wouldn’t be as hard to put as a hotfix beacuse ( I know tad smaller than other ) intel community is ruled out of the game at the moment for quite a long period. But apologies nonetheless.

Weird to pay for a product claiming to be a full release when I’m not able to access my money’s worth content for around a month ish. I hope the frustration is understandable.

We totally get it. The team blue cards are relatively new to market compared to team red or green, and aren’t on the spec for the game, not to say we dont want to support them best we can but as with all new tech there can be issues.
