Intel Arc 770 Crash after Shader Cache Load Screen

Installed new Sparkle Titan Arc 770; deleted Fatshark folder from %appdata%; verified files in Steam; 100% crash everytime. Helldivers works fine :frowning:

I’m not sure what this is unfortunately. Possibly a redistributables issue. I recommend running through the solutions here:

When deleting your AppData, be sure to also disable Steam Cloud saving - as this will ultimately restore the previous version of the AppData. Instructions on this are also in the article above. :slight_smile:

The suggested fixes didn’t resolve the issue.

I did do a clean uninstall and reinstalled video drivers without the Intel ARC control center and that resolved the issue for now.

Hope that helps other Intel ARC users who may be running into the same issue.
