The in-game friends list doesn’t load on PS5. Every tab in the social menu just stays blank and never loads my friends.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Play on PS5 and try to view your friends list in-game, and the menu doesn’t show your friends.

Sorry to hear this. Does the issue persist if you fully restart your PlayStation and router?

I’ve checked and no outages are reported for PlayStation Network, though I’d be keen to hear if anyone else is experiencing this issue also.
