This is a very reasonable rant imo. Just goes to show how much the actual goodness of the game that we all came here for has been neglected in favour of pushing out more features nobody wants (and ironically makes the entire experience worse). Classic upper-management imo, who don’t play or care about the game, they just want to ship new stuff that they think will make them money/prestige.
Usability, accessibility, balance, QoL, player agency…
