Also have stutters.
I believe this has to do with CPU.
You should try to adjust the threads used (in launcher settings) to some magic number you have to find out for yourself, and turn down ragdolls and other related settings like weapon decals etc. in the menu.
I made these changes, but haven’t had time to properly test them yet.
